Started in April 1995 H.O.LE. opened its doors when its founder was presented with a pioneering challenge of that era, to formally establish process safety in a  Drilling and Completions department.

Today The Hole Group's role to assure fit for purpose resource allocation is no less pioneering since our beloved industry presents new challenges everyday. Equaling that task is our motivation.
